Program Introduction:
In this program, the university partially supports travel expenses to support students’ overseas experiences and international exchange. The purpose of the program is to develop SX (Sustainability Transformation) human resources who will lead the transformation to a resilient society and create a sustainable future society, such as entrepreneurs who conceive businesses from the sustainability issues of global society and implement new systems and technologies in society in collaboration with stakeholders.
In the training, we aim to strengthen English proficiency so that students can improve their ability to disseminate information in English, deepen their understanding of Indian and Australian society, life and culture through various learning activities in the local community, acquire language skills, and develop SX human resources.
Yokohama National University is looking for participants who are actively engaged in fruitful experiences to grow as the next generation of human resources with a vision to create an international and sustainable future society.

Utilizing the industry-government-academia network in the Yokohama area, we will work to develop SX (Sustainability Transformation) human resources who will create a resilient and sustainable future society.
Participating universities:
Anna University, India: A public university in Tamil Nadu established in 1978. The total number of students is about 15,000. Approximately 5,000 undergraduate students and 10,000 graduate students. The international airport is Chennai.
Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur: A national university established in 1959. The total number of students is about 6,500. Approximately 4,000 undergraduate students and 2,500 graduate students. The international airport is Lucknow.
Panjab University, India: A public university in Panjab established in 1882. The total number of students is about 19,000. Approximately 10,000 undergraduate students and 9,000 graduate students. The international airport is Chandigarh.
Vellore Institute of Technology, India: A private university established in 1984. The total number of students is about 36,000. Approximately 26,000 undergraduate students and 10,000 graduate students. The international airport is Chennai.
Griffith University, Australia: A public university established in 1971. The number of students is about 43,000. The international airport is the Gold Coast.
the University of Newcastle, Australia: A public university established in 1965. The total number of students is about 40,000. International airports are Newcastle or Sydney.
